I have dealt with Dean & co on numerous occasions when searching and viewing properties and they have always been extremely professional and friendly. I was particularly impressed when Ben called me to discuss a property I had viewed with them and had really done his research on my own property. So when we put our house on the market - Dean & Co were the only choice for us (and having dealt with so many agents in this past year, I can definitely tell you they are the best in the area!)...

I dealt with Nick Williams during my sales process, i found the write up of my property appalling to the degree i had to re write this, awful pictures, Nick was very rude and blunt. I do not understand how they can get any business with the appalling service, i didnt hear from the estate agents from one month to the next i chased often and often got told they will call me back. I have to say I am completely shocked by this anonymous and misleading review. The introduction of Γ’β‚¬ΛœThe Property Misdescriptions Act 1991Ò€ℒ was put in place to stop estate agents making misleading comments about a property, therefore legally there are certain words that we cannot use to describe a property. I would thoroughly recommend Dean & Co. Portslade. Ben and Josh were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, and I feel I built a great rapport with them over the last 6 months. Having used other local Portslade estate agents in the past and been disappointed, I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received with Dean and Co. We sold our flat in February 2013 and they were professional and helpful. Our buyers had a number of queries and Ben dealt with all the communication quickly and efficiently. I felt that Dean and Co offer a personal service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property in the Portslade area....

Full credit to Dean & Co, they provided me with an outstanding service, keeping me up to date in a professional and timely manner. They gave prompt regular feedback, in a positive and friendly way. When the sale was agreed, they continued to keep in touch at each stage of the sale, liaising with all parties for a speedy completion. The Agent was polite and professional from start to finish and clearly knew the locality and type of property. The agent also kept me fully informed of the important information. I found Ben and Josh to be very helpful during the buying process. Ben was very keen to keep things moving as quickly as possible and to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. I was more than satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy provided by Dean and Co. They were on top of the game all the way and I would recommend selling your property with them. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and easily contactable with any queries I had.
