Very bad staff!!!! They don't comunicate at all! No phone calls before meeting to confirm, they don't tell you for the begging all the procedure! They don't inspect the house with you! My ex. Very bad staff!!!! They don't comunicate at all! No phone calls before meeting to confirm, they don't tell you for the begging all the procedure! They don't inspect the house with you! My ex. I was in my new property and surprise!! The door it was loocked, didnt work properly, all my prepay card for electricity and gas wore canceled. I lost till new a day only try to sort it out this think. They didnt tell me for the beggining that my guarantor need to come with me to sign the document and she can't give me the key( only one) before she doesnt have the signature on the document!!! Of course. Bad comunication or 0 comunication,maybe dont have money to make phone calls and of course nobody fault!!! But if is nobody fault what I need to pay for all of this??? They are not doing nothing. Just take the money and thats it!!! You need to sort it out with council,electricity, gas and water!!! Why you pay comision??? For nothing!!
