Davistate has 3 levels of service, introduction (lowest fee), rent collection or with property maintenance. The rent collection we are on is, I would say, good value for money. Davistate puts effort in finding good tenants that fit the profile which is important for us as we live above the rental apartment. The rent collection does not guarantee payments if the tenants do not pay. For this you would need to add a separate insurance.
