They charge what they charge. Obviously we would have preferred to pay less, however given the complexity of our purchase and the number of man hours we all spent trying to get to the completion stage we are very happy with the outcome.

Massive thank you to the David Cliff team who recently sold my property. The valuation, viewings and sale were handled by Craig and also Louise of the Mortimer branch, a fantastic professional team who provided excellent service from the start. In addition their knowledge of their area and market is impressive. I was slightly nervous when advised the sales progression would be handled by the Wokingham office but I needn't have worried as Joss worked so hard and made sure that I knew what was happening at all times. Having sold a few houses in my time, I can honestly say I have never experienced such professional and determined sales progression. Given that the current market can be somewhat unpredictable and there is an influx of new builds in my area offering many deals, it becomes critical to have a good agent to keep things together after the initial sale. Having recently purchased a house via another agency (which was not a good experience) the difference in service level and expertise from the DC team is clear and I also feel confident that my buyers had a positive experience. Thank you!

Joss was diligent and reassuring during what turned out to be a nightmare chain due to issues relating to the bottom of the chain and anxieties at the top. She kept us going throughout the process through good communication.

In the light that we undertook most of the management of the sale, in particular the communication with the buyer, the fee that we had to pay seems totally unjustified. We sold another house in a different part of the country a year ago and therefore have first hand experience what a well-managed sale looks and feels like.

Without the support we were given from Brian and Joss we would've given up selling our property due to time wasters and the stress that was involved. Brian was consistent and knowledgeable and Joss was never faltering in her pursuit of completion.
