The team throughout have a bad 'not me' attitude, fail to deal with complaints and blackmail prospective tenants! Would not deal with as I am writing this as a former letting agent....

Thank you for your review. The appointment was booked for Monday 3rd September, at 9.30. I acknowledged I was 10 minutes late when your wife opened the door and I apologised. I didn't feel it was then necessary for you to glance at your watch and again make reference to it. I do though wish you all the best with any proposed house move. ...
