This agent charges Admin fees for tenancy paperwork and I have just read that its ILLEGAL as per the law in England.
He makes thousands of pounds from tenants every time a room is let from this illegal admin fee charge.

Avoid this estate agent at all costs. They are extremely unprofessional and even attempted to keep my full 6 weeks deposit. Fortunately it was held with the DPS who have recently reviewed the evidence and I claimed it all back, after 4 months of leaving the property.
