We are sorry to read of your comments and as you say, the property was indeed amazing prior to your occupation, for two years, when occupied without any of the issues you describe. In terms of maintenance, we were repeatedly denied access to attend to issues, many of which resulted from the unauthorised over-occupation of the property. ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
