We had an awful experience renting a property with Daniels. We were exemplary tenants, paying rent on time and keeping the property in good order. We really struggled with getting our deposit back until we threatened legal action. They do not value their tenants at all. The staff are a disgrace and have little to no customer service skills whatsoever. Any complaints made have just been ignored. Awful service, please avoid at all costs!...

I went into the office on a Wednesday afternoon with the hope of discussing some potential lets I wanted to view but instead just saw them all in the kitchen ignoring me making cups of tea and heating up soup, so I walked out....
