UPDATE ON THE ABOVE: The property in question was at apartment 404, 4 Kelso Place at St Georges Island and it was Suzanne Tomlinson that was dealing with the complaint. I am more than happy to send anyone copies of the DPS response, and Suzannes emails who told me to never contact Dandara lettings again. For anyone from Dandara looking, the email asking for over £350 can be found on your database on the 6th November 2013 at 13:34pm. Clare Hesford was also CC'd into this. From there you shoul ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Simple honesty. They are obviously trying to protect their special relationships with the landlords by ripping off the tenants instead.
