What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication! Stop having viewings that overlap and make sure the staff showing a possible tenant around a property aware if an offer is already on the table.Attached Filesnbsp;

The rudest man answered the phone today. Not very helpful and sniggered down the phone. I feel in this environment and way of the world right now you need to focus on your customers and how you come across to people, he was so rude and made me feel very little. He needs some manners and some talking and advice skills in the role he does. ...
