I found it frankly unbelievable that Curchods were voted a top estate agents in Surrey. The service we received from the East Horsley branch was appalling. Richard, a rather pompous character, who clearly thinks anyone not spending £1m plus on a house is a waste of his time and beneath is position in the world, treated us with distain, did not does his job properly (blaming anyone and everyone else) and after formally accepting an offer from us on a property, decided that due to delays bey...
