I sold my house with Cubitt and West but was selling with another agent and by doing so I had to pay the other agent £1000, Cubitt and West said that would pay the £1000 if I sold which they failed to do just because I did not have the correct paperwork from the other agent... Read Full Review

Following a number of valuations from different agencies, I put my property on the market with Cubitt and West's local agency in Peacehaven in January 2012. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
