Uckfield Cubitt and Eest has been absolutely fantastic ! From start to finish they have been an absolute pleasure . Really helpful and all so willing to go the extra mile . Uckfield Cubitt and Eest has been absolutely fantastic ! From start to finish they have been an absolute pleasure . Really helpful and all so willing to go the extra mile . No problem is too much trouble for them . They sold our house , getting more viewings than any other estate agents in the area ( and we tried many of them !) They also did it for an amazing price . Huge thanks to all the team : Jemma , Richard , Jordan and Fred ….you’ve all been amazing! Special thanks also to Garry Wheeler and DC Law ( the in house conveyancing team ) I am so grateful to you too for making everything run so smoothly. An absolute pleasure doing business with you . I’d recommend this estate agents to anyone hoping to buy or sell their home quickly and easily at a brilliant price and get maximum help !

We had a contract with the Uckfield Branch from 8 June 2013 through to completion 7 February 2014. Throughout the process they were inept and inefficient and the branch lacked management leadership. We had a contract with the Uckfield Branch from 8 June 2013 through to completion 7 February 2014. Throughout the process they were inept and inefficient and the branch lacked management leadership. Specifically, they were very poor at responding the emails, they took very unprofessional photographs, they allowed buyer to visit the house unsupervised, they didn't communciate well within the team meaning several duplicate requests for information that was not passed on to the buyer. We had previous experience with this branch under another manager and we were quite happy with the service in 2012.
