All is lovely until you sign the contract and they have you where they want you, from there it's awful customer service, lack of communication between the branch no one knows what's going on. All is lovely until you sign the contract and they have you where they want you, from there it's awful customer service, lack of communication between the branch no one knows what's going on. They even broke the contract by not giving us a sale board, they are full of horrendous excuses we've been fighting for nearly 6 weeks to be removed from contract. We escalated to head office and even they failed to meet their 15 working day response time as outlined in their own complaints policy. The high rates that the buyer has to pay all sounds great for the seller but clearly turns buyers off. Shocking all round...AVOID!!!

We had been on the market with 2 other agents for 6 months and only had a handful of viewings. As soon as Cubitt & West started marketing we had 8 viewings in the first 2 weeks and an offer which allowed us to buy the house of our dreams. Throughout the whole process the staff kept us updated... Read Full Review

As soon as Cubitt & West started marketing we had 8 viewings in the first 2 weeks and an offer which allowed us to buy the house of our dreams. Throughout the whole process the staff kept us updated at all times and helped us complete paperwork and give us advice whenever we asked. If you are looking to sell your home we would definitely recommend them. Thanks
