Selling my house through this agent. They did not return my calls, are arrogant and do nothing to improve the bad name of estate agents. If you are planning to sell your house in Alton do not use this agent they are useless....

I wanted to sell my seafront flat using Cubitt & West. They didn't mention the flat had a sea view in advertisements and property descriptions although this is a strong selling point. They regularly failed to return my calls. I believe their poor marketing cost me ...

I totally agree. Cubitt & West East Grinstead are unprofessional and unethical. I would thoroughly recommend you stay away from them. ...
