We rented out our property for six months and received a grand total of ‚£58 in rent. Most of the money went to Crucible's own maintenance dept including ‚£400 for a plastic shower tray. Shame I didn't see their reviews sooner....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
