Appalling service from Countrywide. They don't phone back when you leave messages despite saying they will. Took many weeks to get the oven fixed in our property. What agent could do to change your mind?

Improve customer service. Compensate tenants when they have been badly treated and receive poor service.

What agent could do to change your mind?

reply to my calls, answer my call, be honest, help when it is needed, supply a maintenance service, give me a key to the back door when I ask for it. have a bit of respect, be nice.
