Aside from the extortionate fees, they are the same miserable estate agents we've all come to expect. However, their fee structure is the issue which makes them particularly repugnant. Tenancy fee, reference fee, guarantor fee, guarantor acceptance fee, check in fee... and despite itemising and overcharging for every aspect of their administration, they charge an administration fee on top.
Then after a year, they charged me 125 to reprint my tenancy agreement and post it to me.
Disgusting, parasitic company.
