They deserve less than1 star. No duty of care,no replies to emails for weeks. Even after I agreed to rent reductions they have not given me back my money. Please please avoid them, I thought they were nice and helpful but they absolutely are not and my mental health has been left in ruins after ... Read Full Review

Please please avoid them, I thought they were nice and helpful but they absolutely are not and my mental health has been left in ruins after months of neglect. They don't care if you can't breathe due to mould, they will send round professionals who all say it's the structure of the flat causing it and then blame it all on me instead.

I have never had the misfortune to deal with such dreadful service. We are renting our property out and paying them a riduculous amount of money for doing nothing. They NEVER reply to emails, they are always unavalailable when you call and when you do get to speak to the right person they are rude... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Returned phone calls and emails, not been rude and listened to what our requirements were. Oh and not lost our key, paperwork and tried to charge us multiple times for the same thing.
