I found the agent to wholly unprofessional in every aspect of my dealings with them. They don't return phone calls. They send rude, threatening and unlawful (imo) letters with warrant or reason. The service they are supposed to provide in terms of cleaning the communal ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually listened to requests, returned phonecalls, done what was said under their property management agreement and treated me with the respect due to anybody that in some way pays their wages!Attached Filesnbsp;
