SDL Bigwood have not given our property any services for 2 years, but have sent invoices, threatening letters and bills for £60 for every letter sent out. A lady name Deborah Cain there has no morales at all. Do not allow this company to manage your building...

the problem is not with the fees, it's with the (lack of) service and overcharging on expenses.
