fine you as soon as its late, yet never get bills out on time, I just pay now when I think its due as have been fined for not paying when I didn't even get a bill!! appalling value for money !!!! any builder giving this company the management needs shooting but I am guessing that Bigwoods pay them to get the contract so they can fleece people.

I totally agree ,we have bigger concerns with overcharging and not doing the work that are paid for.It seems looking at their invoices we only paying for their administration Ourselves and other residents never get a reply to phone calls or emails.They use RICS code of practice, go to there web site and complain there as well. This company is now called SDL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The same problems continue.They do not respond to emails, take no notice of Leases to maintain the building in the required time, therefore exteriors run into disrepair and then need thousands of pounds to correct, with excess bills to flat owners.
