Be transparent with their charges. i.e - explain how a management fee is calculated based on the cost of the service Do what they say they will do - very simple premise

Sue, I have received a response in relation to this from Matthew Harris, unfortunately I found the response unacceptable as it again contained incorrect information and failed to address my concerns.
