Same thing here too. She literally crawled behind wash basin pedestals to detects fluff. Shows how hard she had to search to gather 'evidence' in order to order a full professional clean, which I'm having to pay for. Six of us literally spent a week cleaning the empty house before handing in the keys too. ...

Catherine You can. Just contact the Land Registry, on line, and for £4 you can get the n/a of the owner of the property who is presumably the landlord. ...
