Absolutly discraceful company. Withholding money that does not belong to them. They requested the keys back for a flat. Then tell me that I was liable for the flat for another month. They refused to return the keys then charged me £100.00 for a light cleaning when I was half way through painting the flat. They have then moved someone else in early so they owe me money.
