High, and extensive. Some are hidden (eg premiums added to maint bills paid to them directly by the contractor). And even a simple renewal ix overcharged.

Disgusting company branch run by an incompetent manager. The reviews for this company speak for themselves. The staff are rude, do not return calls, ignore emails and are never in the office, probably out of fear from having to deal with angry tenants and landlords. ...
