Do not go with this letting agency, unless you have money to burn. They are only interested in money, they don't accept or admit when they are wrong and will only return any money they owe you if you take them to court. And I ...

Comment on agent fees
Bad Me and my wife count as 2 2 X £150 admin fee 2 X £25 reference fee 2 X renewal fee (which they tried to reduce to every 6 months!!
