CAUTION - complete incompetence and lack of communication in all areas they are only interested in collecting monthly fees. 9 mths of renting our property and one property inspection. Check out report must have been done 4.55pm on a Friday Complete Circus....

The worst agency ever. They never Reply to your emailsOr when they do it is simply too late. They never keep you updated on anything and they are completely incompetent. Getting things fixed with them is simply an impossible task and you have to survive on your own in your flat. What they care about is monthly fees and nothing else.
