What agent could do to change your mind?
PLEASE communicate better within your team. And be incredibly careful about who you send arrears letters to guarantors that your files are correct. If this carries on I will be contacting trading standards and the police.

Just been competent at doing their job ! I ended up making phone call after phone call and almost lost the property due to their incompetance

They are trying to scam me out of a deposit. They have cocked up everything, not checking their system, saying we haven't paid when clearly we have. Not responding to calls, saying they will call/write back at a certain time and never do. Total ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Not messed up EVERYTHING, get a call centre in the UK or at least assign one person to understand your case, communicate, respond to calls on time? stop trying to scam money? To be honest, I'll never use them again!
