Advertised a 'newly decorated flat' which hadn't been decorated in 7 years!! Emma Costello did put up the rent price 25% over what the previous agent had it listed for. This is a money grabbing company. Do not touch with a barge pole....

Awful agents. Unhelpful, don't respond. You have to constantly e mail to get anything done!! I would never recommend. Also failed to admit failings with the property ! Not good at all....
