We were promised a premium service and coerced into signing a contract, which we later found out had a tie-in period of 6 months. The smooth talking agent made it look like that signing the contract was a mere formality as the house will be sold in couple of weeks, if not days. The ad on Rightmove had wrong information about our house and was awfully written. The agents never responded to our emails and only talked to us when we called them. We were not provided the copies of the contract or EPC ...
