I am sorry that you have been left to feel this way. I hope you understand that we had tried our best to make this purchase work for you, unfortunately our seller was unable to find their next home to progress further. We had been transparent and gave updates to confirm it would be subject to the seller’s onward move. By the time you joined the office we had already taken over the sale due to your predecessors and your colleagues incompetence - (15 Chaplin grove) it doesn't matter what you say in response there are many many dreadful reviews on Connells as an agent the company are awful ...
