Connells have been letting my properties for the last few years. I find the team quick to respond, helpful and efficient. I have rarely had more than a couple of days between tenancies unless I requested time to decorate before a new tenancy began. A grave mistake. For nineteen per cent of rental income They have provided ' their ' FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE Which essentially proved to be taking the money. Then letting me do all the work as regards the property Their employees seem to have the habit of decamping leaving another employee to ' pick up the pieces 'They also breached my trust by disclosing my confidential details to the tenant
I advise all readers to bypass Connells in favour of a professional company

Having used Connells to buy/sell properties in the past and needing to find a new letting agent following a very poor performance by a previous agent we approached Connells to see if there was a compatible working relationship to be had.
We are a 'find, reference and contract' customer as we manage and maintain our portfolio ourselves.
This is our second letting process with Connells at Worcester!.
Due to our 'Bespoke' requirement the first let needed input and understanding from both sides to make it work satisfactorily, the team at Connells lettings worked very hard 'with us' to achieve a satisfactory outcome, there were a couple of glitches along the way but by working together everything was concluded on time within the quoted cost and to our satisfaction.
The Connells letting team were professional, easy to work with, fast to respond, shared their industry expertise as required and were an easy going team to engage with, very impressed.
This second let went like a dream due to the commitment and work both sides invested in the working parameters and the virtual team relationship first time around.
This was despite our first applicant having to withdraw at 4 days from completion!!!! Connells found a suitable replacement tenant applicant who was referenced, finance checked and contracted within the four days to the original completion date and is now in situ meaning no loss in revenue to us.
Outstanding work, Connells will be our letting agent of choice going forward.

From the beginning the team in Worcester were attentive, supportive and knowledgeable. We felt that we were in good hands and there was always someone available to help or advise.
We are now settled in our new home thanks to the team at Connells and would recommend then to others, especially if you have a shared ownership property to sell.

I have both my properties managed by Chris Jones at Connells. I have found him to be knowledgeable about all aspects of lettings . He is very approachable and his advice and help has been invaluable. Over several years I have used Chris Jones and his team at Connells Worcester to look after my rented properties. Bearing in mind that he represents both tenants and landlords I can do nothing else but report my complete satisfaction with all aspects of the service Chris and his team provide. Properties are let, at fair rents and fair charges, to good quality reliable tenants. When problems arise, though few in number, they are resolved expertly. A great member of staff in a great branch.
I have used Connells for personal mortgage advice and to rent out property for over 10 years.
Chris and the team have been professional, helpful, diligent and courteous throughout every single contact with them.
They truly put their customers needs first and more times than I can remember have gone that extra mile for me.
Chris has been nothing but an expert in his field for us and our circumstances, which hasn't always been easy to deal with.
I have and will continue to recommend Chris and Connells to all my family, friends and people I meet who require estate agent advice/input.
I cannot thank Chris enough for the time and effort he has put in over the years in us personally and would certainly say there has been times he has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
I hope to still be a customer of Connells in another 10 years.

Kris Baker says it is out of his hands even though he has failed to pass on my bank details (I discovered this through all my chasing phone calls which surely he should have done). When you telephone head office you get a recorded message to say all their lines are busy. Nobody dares to break with 'procedure' to help out. The accounts department at head office were lovely and did everything they could agreeing I should not have had to do the running around that I had been forced to do. When I told them I need the money today the best they could do was to refer me to their complaints department. The girl on the complaints helpline was useless saying that all she could do was raise a complaint. As I pointed out, I cannot eat a complaint!
