Absolutely shocking customer service.
Firstly, trying to get someone to answer the telephone at Connells, Wednesbury is a mammoth task.
I recently saw a property for sale with the Wednesbury branch on Rightmove, so called them Twice through the Rightmove number but no one answered. I decided to call the office direct, but again no one answered so i left my details on their answer machine.
This continued for 8 days!!!! Leaving messages, calling through Rightmove and direct to branch and sending emails/ viewing requests through.....8 Days with NO contact at all....
Then miraculously i managed to speak to somebody. They didn't say their name, just that they worked in the sales department. To be continuously called 'Mate' on the phone after i had told him my dissatisfaction, with no apology, just to be told that they had 2 members of staff on holiday and that they had 5 calls ringing in the background whilst i was being talked to was unacceptable.
I then got booked in to view the flat that i am really interested in purchasing, on the first opportunity they had, Monday at 5.30pm.
Monday at 5.30pm came along, myself and my wife waited patiently outside the flat, along with 2 other people who wanted to view, for the Connells employee to arrive.
20 minutes later no one came. We all tried calling the branch but again no one answered, so i left another message for a call back to explain what had happened....
After the absolute lack of customer service provided by this company i am not expecting a call back.
If i could give ZERO stars i would...
People deserve better!!!!

Ross was spot on with the valuation using his knowledge of the housing market and we would have lost thousands if we had gone with one of the other estate agents
Nicola kept us informed throughout and we had regular updates via email and txt

Not a chance, today my cousin rang Connells only to be told the flat had already been let. In the meantime, I have let 2 flats go because Matt said ! what a PRAT, Connells of Wednesbury are a waste of time, Letter of complaint going to head office.

Not really impressed with the whole process, been on going since mid April 18. The solicitors they use are BLACKS. Who shockingly bad !! On 3rd person working on my sale as original one left the company, the 2nd did not have a clue and all I get now is we are chasing the buyers solicitors .... Read Full Review

Not really impressed with the whole process, been on going since mid April 18.
The solicitors they use are BLACKS.
Who shockingly bad !! On 3rd person working on my sale as original one left the company, the 2nd did not have a clue and all I get now is we are chasing the buyers solicitors .
Advise to get your own and don't waste your time and money.

Misleaded us since we are fist time buyers, we were told lies since they wanted us to buy the property although they knew what was wrong with the property and we would spend double money on repair. Very poor inadequate service! Not worth one star!!! I'm a landlord, I gave 2 properties to Connells and asked them to manage them with a 6 month contract. Connells issued both 12 month contracts, they managed to get the one tenant out at the end of 6 months but the other tenant won't leave.... Read Full Review

I'm a landlord, I gave 2 properties to Connells and asked them to manage them with a 6 month contract.
Connells issued both 12 month contracts, they managed to get the one tenant out at the end of 6 months but the other tenant won't leave. Connells have accepted little ability but won't compensate me. Won't return my 8% management fees per month AND have suggested they've done me a favour as I'm getting rent!!! I have my property up for sale but can't sell it has I have a sitting tenant! Absolutely despicable company! I am taking them to court!
DONT USE THIS COMPANY! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY INCOMPETENT:(
