Don't bother with Connells. It took ten days for Connells to get our house on the market. They put the advert up online and that's about all they did. When the agents showed the property they did nothing but announce the room they were walking in to, no active selling... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicate clearly Have a defined process and checklist for what shoud happen, when Respond to emails Remember information by making notes instead of asking the same question again and again Write the correct information on tenancy paperwork and check facts before providing incorrect information Instead of saying, \'I don\'t deal with that\' after taking our money, provide a nominated point of contact in an appropriate manner and follow through to ensure service is maintained.

Connells asked if I would accept an offer on my property. I told them the lowest I could go to was 129500. The member of staff who took the offer from the buyer told me that he would reduce the final fee from Connells from 2900 to 2500 if I accept 129000. I agreed and asked for it in writing. The ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Connells should have given me writing the amended fee when I asked, but because they did not they have had an extra 400+vat off of me, when the agent told me that he was autherised to reduce the fee.
