Currently in the process of selling with Connells. Accepted an offer on 16th March with a first-time buyer ("it'll be much simpler, quicker, etc etc") We weren't informed that the buyers bank had taken TWO MONTHS to send back their survey results - then had to accept a down valued offer (survey had downvalued the property by 20k). Paperwork sent back with the wrong price on it. Every time I call to chase I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. Im told they're chasing but have zero faith that's happening. From reading other reviews on here about Connells Rugby being "all talk", I completely agree. We're now locked into this hugely frustrating situation where we are completely reliant on them chasing our buyers bank. Hugely frustrating and unnecessarily slow process. I would not use Connells again - they clearly do not care one iota about their customer experience.

Despite us chasing for months. Of course covid was happening but everyone else was still moving along. Connells were just poor, lazy and uncommunicative. Did not even do the basics. They get you on their books, get the viewings in but do not actually end up selling your house, despite how many offers you get! Do not go with them.

When we was leaving property was informed by Gemma landlord signed paperwork to give deposit back still waiting month later . No return phone calls very poor explanations every time I call... We are in the process of moving to Scotland and chose Connell's in Rugby to sell our house. At one point the sale fell through and we took their advice to get it straight back on the market. It sold within 2 days and Jess got us the full asking price. Jay and Beth, and I'm sure the others behind the scenes worked so hard to get our sale pushed through as quick as possible and this Friday we will be on our way. Thank you so much to the Rugby team and Jayne from Warwick who helped us in the beginning. Your are all stars!

I've been recieving mail from this company since I bought my house (over 3 years ago). Basically they want to sell my house for me. Well, up until now the letters have been going in the bin. But after having to go to a royal mail sorting office to pay postage on a letter with no stamp to find it was more junk mail from these guys I was fuming! I mean, what company would expect you to use them to sell a house if they cant even manage to put a stamp on a letter! Any further mail is now going to be kept and used as proof of harassment.
