Totally corrupt! I attempted to book a viewing for a property but they would not even return my phone calls. I visited their office and they were really interrogative, essentially saying I had to use them to get a mortgage in principal to get a viewing! Most estate agents will let you choose where ... Please avoid Connells at all costs. They only care when it comes to renewals / collecting money. Other than that they don't care and the team are rude. They also lie ( the woman I spoke to didn't know I'm in regular contact with my landlady mainly due to how poor Connells are ... Read Full Review

I will not recommend Connells Estate Agents to anybody, my experience with them was awful. At the start of the process we were kept in the loop, once the sale had been agreed the customer service levels dropped dramatically it was at that point I no longer felt like their customer. I would avoid Connells letting at all costs. They treat their tenants with complete disrespect. They are quite happy to take your money but don't want to return your deposit.
