Abbie-Jade has been phenomenal, she really has. I spoke to so many agents in the office trying to get Barratts to rectify damage they had done during a repair. She was the ONLY person in the office who managed to sort it out- no one else could after 6 months of wrangling and I had just about given... Read Full Review

Abbie-Jade was incredibly persistent under very difficult circumstances as Barratts didn't make it easy for her but she really came through for me and delivered. I'm so grateful to her. I would whole-heartedly recommend Abbie-Jade, she is a lovely, warm person who provides an excellent service, is very client-focussed and demands high standards of herself .

Really bad. They try to blackmail you by saying offers won't be relayed to vendors until you have come into their office for their financial verification checks; even though my financial advisor provided this confirmation on my behalf.* Also, incredibly bad at responding to calls/emails. Really bad. Getting a viewing appointment is so hard! I phoned the Swindon North branch a few times when we wanted to see a house in their books. They promised they would call back and confirm the viewing but they NEVER did, I had to chase them and virtually beg to see the houses. This has happened on 3... Read Full Review

If I had a house for sale, I would definitely avoid Connells in Swindon North. They have some good houses in the area though, so as a buyer, I might have to use them.
