We tried a couple of other agents before, Claytons and British Home buyers. Claytons were ok but I felt they didn't try hard enough. British homebuyers were just a complete waste of time! definitely would not recommend them. Connells were excellent from start to finish. Good... Read Full Review

Connells were excellent from start to finish. Good communication, friendly and on the ball. They were able to get viewings from day 1 which was refreshing! They also screen the potential buyers to avoid timewasters. Use these guys you wont be disappointed!

Connells have been amazing throughout the process of purchasing a house. Very friendly staff who offer advice and support when you require. They do not pressure you at all and are very informative. I have just completed the sale of my flat in Leavesden, and have to thank Tom, and the rest of the team, for helping me through. They found me a buyer within 10 days of the property going on the market, but due to me having to extend the lease, the whole process took 10 months. During the whole process, they kept in touch with me, and the buyer. Without their professional attitude, my buyer would have given up waiting, and fortunately she waited.

I used Connells in Leavesden to sell my house. I changed estate agents to Connells as with my previous estate agents I wasn't get the communication that had been promised when signing up. Connells had been recommended by a friend who had also had a good experience with them. The staff at Connells, especially Max, Tom & Tessa were all extremely helpful and very tolerant and patient with the correspondence between myself and the buyer, the vendor and the solicitors. Understandably this isn't always a smooth process, however the staff at Connells were very friendly and welcoming and worked very hard to ensure that the sale went through on time and that everyone involved was kept happy! I would and have recommend Connells in Leavesden to friends.

the price was agreed through the agent and we paid for survey the property ourself and same day agent called me that the owner asking £5000 more but i did say to the agent that we are not paying more than the price has been agreed and we spend money on survey so thats not fair they should... the price was agreed through the agent and we paid for survey the property ourself and same day agent called me that the owner asking £5000 more but i did say to the agent that we are not paying more than the price has been agreed and we spend money on survey so thats not fair they should decide before how much they want to sell the property not after we spend money on survey.and it has been week we still waiting their response. we are so angry now.we are worried about we spend money on survey if we are not buying this property .They know how thy can make people fool.
