I recently sold my leasehold flat with Connells, I was filled with trepadation as leasehold properties can be very slow and complicated, well mine with the help of Connells went went through very smoothly and more importantly very quickly, from the buyers offer to completion was just 10 weeks !!
Yes there were some stressful moments sure but the staff at Connells were always positive and assured me everything was going ok and yes in the end that proved so right.
I want to specially thank John Clark Senior Branch Manager and Joe Brown Senior sales Negotiator, who both worked tirelessly on my behalf.
So my experience with Connells was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

I have just sold my property at 116 Rodeheath , Luton LU4 9XA.
There were lots of anxiety but my agent John Clark kept reassuring me that he was going to sell the property.
John was fantastic in been able to communicate between the seller and the buyer and was able to reassure me when i was losing hope of selling.
I am quite pleased with the role of Connells and will be willing to refer another customer to them in the future.

I have had my house up for sale with another Estate agent namely' Esquire' I am very happy with them at present. This person tried to get me to tell him what was going on regarding the Sale of my House. I politely told him to speak to Esquire,he carried on trying to get more information... Read Full Review

I have had my house up for sale with another Estate agent namely' Esquire' I am very happy with them at present. This person tried to get me to tell him what was going on regarding the Sale of my House. I politely told him to speak to Esquire,he carried on trying to get more information from me in the end I politely told him that I was going to cut him off, which I did. I have since phoned Connells Head Office and logged a formal complaint and they are going to keep me updated. I personally do not recommend Connells.

This guy shows us the house in the website it was written like unfurnished but when we goes in there are no white goods also , washing machine , oven and vacuum cleaner are missing like this they are cheating the people and making deal we will provide washing machine if u pays extra , pay some...
