I recently had the pleasure of working with Connells Kingsthorpe Estate Agents, and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive, friendly, and helpful.
Olivia Smith was my main point of contact, and I cannot speak highly enough about her. She supported me throughout the entire sales process and was always available to answer my questions or concerns. Her professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and she made the entire experience stress-free.
I was also impressed with Katie Bell, who showed potential buyers around my property. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and had a great eye for detail. She always presented the property in the best possible way and was highly responsive to buyers' questions and concerns.

All the staff at Connells couldn't have been more kind and helpful throughout the process, from the valuation of the property to the completion of the sale. Both my sister and I couldn't have been more happy with the way they dealt with all the issues and complications involving a bereavement.

I had very bad experience last year. While taking the property on market the manager talk sweet and give lot of assurances of good customer services however, once you sign the contract to put your property on market they transfer your file to someone who is unprofessional and mismanage your dealings. Due to the mismanagement while doing appointments I lost a buyer who already got the mortgage approved through bank for my property. They send the buyer without prior appointment which made the buyer upset and hence i lost the deal. There was no appology from the agency neither any explanation. In my opinion the blame lies with above mentioned manager than any unprofessional employees. Again this year they offered to evaluate my property and booked an appointment for evaluating it by the Manager Ian Duly. However, at the last moment I received a call from a lady called saidy and asked me whether I am ready for the appointment with her. I told her that the appointment is with Ian Duly then she replied that he can't come. This agency should teach their employees to appologise for any wrong they do or any changes. In my opinion this agency is mismanaged and work with unprofessional employees. Funny thing is when I told saidy that I am only interested to meet Ian as per the appointment she rudly hung up the phone and later Ian jumped at my door when I already got occupied with someother work. WHen I told Ian about the whole situation Ian immediately left without any appology cursing me.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Don\'t lie to a prospective buyer. Ensure that all communications are given to all parties concerned. Do not place the interests of staff above vendor and buyer.

Disappointed said about Connells

I was very disappointed with our dealings with the Kingsthorpe Northampton branch. I found them dishonest and as a result felt that they had wasted our time. We put in an offer in on a house we wished to purchase and they lied to us telling us the house had sold when it hadn't as one of their members of staff wished to purchase the same property. When we discovered the truth we felt that they deliberately went to every effort possible to ensure that their member of staff secured the property. They claimed that the vendor did not wish to even have more money offered to them which I find difficult to believe. We eventually got our two offers in writing days after their member of staff had secured the property. We feel that they should have acted in a much more professional manner ensuring that the best interests of their vendor and prospective buyers were put first above the interests of their staff. A fair playing field is all we hoped for and sadly this is not what we received. This resulted in our time and efforts being wasted and we would never deal with this company again.
