What agent could do to change your mind?
When they accepted they had made a mistake dealing with it, instead they expected the Landlord and tenant to suffer and pay for their mistake. A despicable company who don't care about customer service one bit, their client or incoming tenants.Attached Filesnbsp;

NA as we were the tenant, but I did recommend to the Landlord he should ask for a reduction in fees, they wouldn't offer one to say sorry for there incompetence. They lost there client a deal who is now not sure if he will rent the property as he has had such a bad experience with Connells.
