I made an offer on a house last week October 2023 which was accepted. I waited 4 days for the Memorandum of Sale to be completed after me ringing several times to chase it up. Excuse after excuse was made why it hadn't been completed. I was then contacted by a Solicitor to do my conveyancing even though I had already given Connells my solicitors details, I was told there had been a misunderstanding. I since found out that the seller had not got a mortgage in place, when i was told they had. There isn't anything professional about the office. I was told lie after lie which made me suspicious and left me wondering whether i should progress with the purchase due to unprofessional customer service. I discovered yesterday that the property I was hoping to buy had been put back on the market, and I was under the impression that the sale was continuing to progress.

Steer clear of this Branch as they are not interested in sales. Absolute shambles.
