Never having used an estate agent before, i wasn't sure what to expect, but needn't have worried, the experience was 5 star all the way.
Lily and the team did an amazing job selling the property, and advised us every step of the way, keeping us up to date, and finding solutions to little niggles on the way.
Lily especially went above and beyond sorting out paperwork, which was a huge help and certainly minimised the stress of moving, which even on an easy sale, cant be underestimated.
Communication was very good, and time was made for the endless questions we fired across, and they were dealt with promptly and professionally.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Connells to anyone moving, and to show our appreciation we even took cakes in for the staff, they deserved it.
Thank you Lily and the team, you were amazing!

Had an offer on my house �9000 above what the 2 other agents I had out valued it for and it was chased through by the whole team from start to finish!! Very professional and would recommend... Reasonable, and you get what you pay for!! The other two agents tried to charge us half the amount but we achieved £9000 more!

Absolutely terrible service. Two months into marketing and we had to chase up the colour brochures that we were promised when we had our initial consultation with Tom. We were giving conflicting advice by Tom and Shane (Branch Manager) regarding marketing our property. A total lack of knowledge regarding services offered on rightmove, i.e a new price search banding between �170k and �180k. A member of the team arrived late for a pre-planned viewing appointment and then attempted to command that viewing having never visited our property before to familiarise themself with the layout. Phone call appointments made but never delivered on time, if at all. All in all a disappointing experience and I would not considering using Connells again to market my property. I would not recommend this service. Unless your property will sell itself I would recommend you go elsewhere as the agents lose interest if they actually have to put any effort into attempting to sell your property.
