No need for individuals to be named, selling of my property by Connells was a team effort from within their office.
- - Connells told me they would sell the property, and they did.
- - Communication was excellent throughout with regular updates.
- - All calls were dealt with calmly and with good manners.
I am just so very impressed with this team work and, judging on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this branch.

The Manager was so keen to complete on the sale that he helped the buyer to move in white goods and cancelled the sellers access fobs to the building without permission. I completely advise against using the services of this company. After seeing the property, I decided to rent, I successfully passed the reference checking process. the agent made an appointment with me to collect the keys and sign the contract on Monday. on Sunday, I received a message that I had withdrawn from renting the property despite earlier arrangements. So we were left without a roof over our heads with a 3-month-old child, we also incurred the costs of buying household appliances (the house was without household appliances, so we had to buy our own) and the costs of renting a moving company. the agency did not find us another property to which we could move

Natalie, when you work in a job that requires you to deal with clients and you hear a complaint, the first thing to come out of your mouth is an apology, then what you will do to fix it along with a timeline, then your excuse; that would save you time repeating your self and give a better experience to your clients.
Laura and Kathleen were apologetic and hands on to address our issues, however I got an email today from Kathleen mentioning that the house is offer as it is and the point of having the inventory is for me to not be liable for issues I have remarked in it; but when you have toilets not flushing, or a garage door that opens remotly sometimes and not always, or tiles that are about to come of the wall, you can't expect any descent family to live in such conditions, no matter what the inventory says, it needs to be addressed and sorted as requested as they are safety and sanitary matters, specially when the tenants have 2 babies.
My suggestion would be that if Connells as a company don't review their employees periodically, they should start doing so; and for staff member that treat customers without any respect, consider doing another type of job where you can be in a room by your self and avoiding contact with others.

We viewed 151 Whalley Drive, Bletchley (July 2013) with Connells. The property needed lots of work . We see the property back on the market at 384,950 now (Nov2013) but rightmove and the estate agents have not published the price they paid for it. We viewed 151 Whalley Drive, Bletchley (July 2013) with Connells. The property needed lots of work . We see the property back on the market at 384,950 now (Nov2013) but rightmove and the estate agents have not published the price they paid for it. We believe that the offer we made was excepted but Connells told us the vendor wouldn't take that offer. 2 weeks later the property was sold. It seems very suspicious why the purchase price has not been shown, whereas other properties we looked at were sold after this property was sold and have all shown how much was paid for them. There is another estate agent selling this property now, Ryhen Jordan. It looks like the estate agents are all working together in the property guzumping scam. If you are not an estate agent you don't stand a chance. They are trying to make 100K+ on this property. This really needs to be exposed.

Get some professional staff is that know what they\'re doing.

I have purchased and sold a few houses over the years, and also thought EA's were manageable with a little prompting and pushing, but these guys are a complete joke. They way of business is no better than a few snotty kids in a playground not having a clue what to do!
My reasons are as follows:
- Insisting you can only purchase a property through them if you use there Mortgage adviser
- Continue to take viewings on properties that have a sale agreed on them
- Try to play you the whole process to get a bigger offer (1.5% of £1k is only £15 to the office and a max of £1.50 to the sales neg if they take a 10% commission...is it really worth it?!)
Honestly there isn't much skill to selling a house, as the house will usually sell itself...but how these guys complicated matters, I'll never understand! I think they struggle to tie their shoelaces on the morning!
