What a shambles this lot are(Bedford Branch)

Got property Description wrong
Got dates wrong
Did not call when they said they would
Arranged viewings with buyers and then sent txt & emails to say that, no calls to vendor first to arrange,
Making bookings when they new i was at work..
said we would get weekly up date calls,, never did..
Told manager would call next day to sort it all out,, He Never Bothered
Had call after hearing nothing for 3 weeks saying to drop price.. After only 3 weeks with them.
Full of Apologises and excuses but never changed a thing.

It was carried out with a high degree of professionalism. I approached them on Tuesday 28/10/19 on Wednesday there was two viewings and one acceptance all references etc carried out with tenant in situ onThursday. That to me is exceptional

'Joe is an enthusiastic, patient and experienced estate agent, he proved this throughout what has been a long and difficult house sale process.
Joe took on the marketing and selling of a wonderful stand alone, thirty year old detached house, in a brilliant location, albeit in need of some basic upgrading without the need for a full up to date renovation.
The sale should normally have been a reasonably straightforward one, but unknown to everyone, there were issues that arose beyond any estate agents control that severely and unnecessarily frustrated the process.
Joe mainly, but also other colleagues in the team at the Bedford branch of Connells, dealt with the brunt of continuous unmitigated demanding during a twelve month period over the one process.
Joe was immediately proactive in re-marketing the house and positive in finally reaching the sale. We greatly appreciate his enormous effort in helping us.'

From my first meeting with Giovanni Amoroso on Wednesday August 2nd to exchange on Monday November 13th, I have been more than happy with the service I have received from him and the level of professionalism and integrity he has shown me has been second to none. As soon as I met him regarding the sale of my late mother's apartment, I knew he was the agent to help me sell it. He kept in touch with me throughout the process, which could not have gone any more smoothlly, by phone and text and email, and he is a credit and a real asset to Connells. Recently sold a house in Bedford and was very disappointed with the service .Initial contact/advice was excellent with Giovanni very impressive. Sadly the ongoing support was poor. Felt that agents were more interested in the buyers and saw us as a nusicance even though we were the customer and paying the bill. Poor communication and rude at times. No urgency applied in the chain until we pressured. Thankfully all came together in the end.

We have recently completed the sale of our property in Abbyfields with Bedford Connells and would like to say that Giovanni and his team were excellent. We first contacted Connells for private sale and it was Giovanni who came out and gave us a very informative market valuation. Due to a change in plans we went with an assisted move via a developer but after the service we had received from Connells and I had no problems putting them forward with developer. It proved a good choice as Giovanni and his Connells team managed to get us a buyer and complete a successful sale. When there was problem on our sale I always felt confident that Connells would help to resolve. So thank you Giovanni and your team on successful sale.
