Landlords, be very careful of the Coventry branch as they tell you one thing in person and then charge astronomical fees.
We were told 50% of first month in fees and have been charged over double this and they will not return the difference....

The fees you were charged which reflected the amount of work that was involved in setting up your tenancy were exactly as indicated in the signed Terms and conditions by yourself before the deductions were made. I shall speak to you offline about this. ...
