What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should be MUCH more up front about their fees. They should stop trying to PUSH up prices of properties and they should try providing a service that is not based around lining their own pockets.Attached Filesnbsp;

Great positive experience from this branch of Cluttons. Friendly, polite and efficient. The tenancy fee for the contract was very reasonable (unlike Ludlow Thompson who once tried to charge me £700!!).
