As a Tenant, the fees are most reasonable. Unlike some Agents, who shall remain nameless but insist on charging registration fees before even permitting a viewing, Clifford Dann are happy to show off their clients' properties to prospective tenant.

I have always found Robert and Andrulla helpful, friendly and responsive, dealing patiently with trivial issues or the more significant. Michelle in accounts has also been helpful. Park Lane is the first Agent that has actually arranged what the residents requested....
