I am sorry that you feel you have been let down by CJ Hole. It seems that you were under the impression that your deposit would be released to you by cheque on the day your tenancy finished, and I am sorry to say that this is never possible as we have to take Landlords instructions once the Check out has been completed. Once agreed we then have to advise the DPS accordingly, and they will return monies to you, minus any deductions that the Landlord has requested. Your deposit deductions have bee ...
